PJ: Yep, that's a question that US Republican presidential hopeful Sarah Palin posed when critiquing President Obama's address to the nation Monday night. And no, the world leaders meeting in London earlier today did not answer her. (Perhaps it was because they did not know exactly what a "squirmish" was.)
