Najmuddin terms smooth Pak-US ties essential for regional peace
ISLAMABAD, April 22 (APP): Former Foreign Secretary Najmuddin Sheikh has opined that some sort of compromise will be worked out keeping in view the importance of Pak- US relationship during the Foreign Secretary’s visit to Washington.Talking to Voice of America , Najamuddin said that cooperation between the two sides was vital for the restoration of durable peace in this region.
Sheikh said the two sides should remove obstacles in the way of bilateral cooperation during the meetings of Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir with US officials.
